Hello! I'm Carrie—a mama to two little monkeys, a big believer in spreading love and kindness, and the proud owner of Carried Away Play!

 

I created this business because I love to sing, be silly, and, most of all, make children feel special. My passion isn’t just about supporting little ones' development—it's also about celebrating their milestones and ensuring parents feel seen and supported.

 

At Carried Away Play, I focus just as much on parent well-being as I do on fun. I’ve created a judgment-free space where parents can chat openly—whether it’s about how their week went or how much they need sleep! We’re all in this together, and I want every parent to feel welcome and understood.

 

With 12 years of experience in children’s parties and baby & toddler classes, I bring knowledge and enthusiasm to every session. I’m Makaton certified, fully first-aid trained, and have a background in music and musical theatre. I play a range of instruments, including the ukulele, cello, and piano, and you’ll always hear plenty of singing at my events!

 

All of this experience allows me to create one-of-a-kind musical, sensory, and fun-filled classes and parties for your little ones.
